The tank must continually kite the dragon around azeroth as the it will periodically set the world on fire in a large frontal cone.
There is also 5 stacking debuffs which means you should have 5 tanks wearing different gear, constantly swapping between aggro, so that a single tank does not have more than one debuff, and no tank has any more than 3 stacks of the debuff.
The DpS need to look out for any of 10 different adds. Each add can only be killed by a certain spell that is unique to each class. DpS should burn down the adds as quickly as possible while shifting out of the fire.
Healers need to watch for one debuff and dispell it immediately, without accidentally dispelling another similar type debuff, or the raid member will die. There is also a raid wide damage aura that will need to be healed through.
If at any time durring the encounter a raid member is affected by the red debuff, they should stand near other people of the same debuff, this increases their damage by 10% per nearby person. It also begins the application of a second debuff that will give the dragon an additional 1% critical strike chance per person with the debuff. Affected raid members should move close to each other for one spell, then separate exactly 13 yards till it wears off. Throughout the encounter, a random 2 raid members will be eaten by the dragon. They cannot be healed, and will take damage equal to 2% max hp per second. They will need to fight their way out of the stomach to rejoin the fight.
Also, a randomly chosen tank will be impaled on the dragon's pointed chin, taking massive damage which must be healed through.
Finally, at 30%, the dragon will activate; Bladestorm, Pain supression, Icy Vains, Bloodlust, Trueshot aura, Army of the dead, Sprint, Summon Infernal, Avenging wrath and Starfall. These must be healed through.
When the dragon dies, it will come back on 40% health, and wipe the top 5 entries from it's old aggro table. The dragon then gains the following abilitied; Hateful strike, Chain Lightening, Polarity shift, Warstomp, Summon feral defender, Flame vents, thundering roar, deathgrip, dark smash, Ritual of the sword, Hammer of the Righteous, Death aura, Web wrap, Shadow crash, Insanity, Chaos bolt, Blizard, Intercept, Vanish, Dancing rune weapon, Earth shield, Lifebloom, Dispersion, Divine storm and Bestial wrath.

Aside from this, it's just a tank and spank.

Well at least I can play as a gobbo now , after troll they were my second choice for playing as when wow was first announced.

You do realize what this means tho, the alliance has something small and squishy to be owned by.
