well i am going to be blunt Step up, take some initiative and perhaps get recruiting - organise some raids yourself. I can't be organising and be in two raids at once unfortunately.


we have the 2 ranks in the guild so we can run 2 raids we just need someone to step up and run it and then we need the other people to be on

I do recall the reason when wrath came out that bilzzard decided to bring naxx back and it was for players to experience what they missed out on in vanilla. So we can all agree that even though you get conquest from naxx as you do in any other small raid the hassle of setting up a naxx over a simple heroic isn't worth it. So we see there is this gap ppl don't want to progress through ordinary means and this is the case for our guildies no 1 wants to carry lowbies through even heroics any more its just changed the game in a bad i see.
