Yea I loved it too makes me want to play a shadow priest for some unknown reason

however you must remember these guys have the right gear and understanding of a pvp shadow priest

You know I'll be happy pvping with any class where if I step in the arena I dont get focus fired, cause normally everyone is like hey its a hunter lets kill it, in one of the matches that I was playing with blitz they didnt run after me and I was so confused cause I was so used to using my defensive cooldowns, but its probably a similar situation with other classes.

But yea your probably right they're skilled enough to make it look cool and easy

btw does anyone know what they're doing with new rated battlegrounds system it appears that theyre making it so you can get good gear from battlegrounds, but yea if anyone knows a link thats goes into detail could they please link it

Battlegrounds

Oh damn I thought it was coming next patch but looks like we'll have to wait for expansion explains why I havent been hearing much about it, was thinking its a really big change it would be all over the place

the top quopte is for cataclysm and teh second is for 3.3, so if the daily is to win eots when u win that you will get 25 arena points so the max you can get each week is 175points on top of ur arena rankings. Saying this you will still need the rating from your 2's,3's,5's to be able to purchase gear.

anyway, when I get back, thandor and I may be looking to make a shadowplay comp (3's) but i's all up in the air atm.

shadowplay ... Im sorry im not that really into pvp so I dont know what that means all I know is RMP

But anyways well I come back I'll be looking for some arena partners too I have no idea what works with hunters though but it doesn't really bother me I'll just be doing it for fun

Shadowplay is a term given to the arena team that is traditionally made of (non priest)Healer + Shadow Priest + Affliction Warlock.
The aim of the team is to spread several hundred DoTs across the opposition then play hump the pillar till everyone dies.

Anyways since you know way more about pvp than me, me and my cousin whos a priest are starting a 2v2 team whats better if he goes shadow or disc? and im assuming its better if i go survival

sali knows more than me as he's been to what? 2200 rating?
But Disc / Hunter would work better than Shadow / hunter.
however, with the changes to 3.3 Spriest may be better and you can do some sort of cleave =P
that said, he should play what he enjoys, unless you're going to go super SRS BSNS, then he'd have to go disc.

well we dont expect to go anywhere im just curious to see whats better and to tell you the truth id prefer him being a healer double dps is usually if you screw up no retries or thats what I found it to be when I was doing it with Blitz

Just remember, if you rock DpS/Healer chances are your healer is going to be going for a ride on the pain train (see above comic), so you need to make sure that you help him out because moving at 30% while a rouge is giving you a surprise lobotomy, while your partner watches your health bar go down isn't fun for the healer.
