sever down

ok so hte sever is down tonight so when it goes down post in htere how you feel hte week has gone and waht we can do to make it better, we can call this feedback, just like when people talk in vent with out a headset But so if you have any issuse and ideas post them here and we can see waht we can do to fix or try the issuses and that cheers


My issue this week are,
1. people signing up for riads and NOT BEING ON when the time comes.
2. people not LOOK AT RAID times becous ethey dont want to log on to there main.
3. not gettign anything new this week
4. would still like to see more people use the fourms


but other then that we are now 5/9 in IIC good work on that nice work, come next lock out we should doing it easyer

maybe we need a macro that promotes the forums in guild chat that should be spammed every now and again.

as for your 1 and 2 I'd suggest watching some of the weekly marmot episodes namely ep 10 onwards, they're mostly about raid leading so you might find them of use.

most of the same things kitty has said i feel its perfectly valid, cant say i can add much else other than i have read this

same as Haidos, i think the forums need to be used more often by the active guild members, and more people should be looking through the forums.
