| Ok so I called HP got the new case number and gave it to the service shop now lets hope that no more screw ups happen | |

Good News: I just got a call saying my laptop is ready for pick up
Bad News: I can't pick it up till next week, I'm gonna try to pick it up monday before uni otherwise I'll have to wait till wednesday which is my day off | |
