Na, it's just approaching end of the year, so end of semester exams are starting and other stuff so heaps of people are taking a break, that and some people are over the LK and taking a break till Cata

well the same thing happened to my old raiding guilds cept for different reasons. my old guilds were on the verge of breaking apart from the moment i joined them though luckly they were held together by a small coating of PVA glue
